Tastings with winemakers are always revealing, often times even for the winemakers themselves. On the subject of aged Xynisteri, Cyprus white wines and vintages well stored has generated quite some interest among Xynisteri lovers.
In this edition, Nelion winery owner Marinos was kind enough to have us discover the medium sweet Xynisteri 2010 vintage which was delightful, despite the age. Let us see if the trend will catch on, holding on to vintages for later tasting.
