The bustling of crates in the wee mornings is testimonial to busy during harvest season. While incoming grapes from growers keep flowing with Xynisteri, some of the hand picked crates await on landing docks for inspection prior to crushing.
Soon, a sea of grapes have accumulated in the reception area. Thankfully shaded, the piles of crates overflow with freshly cut fruit.
