Vinification & Maturation:  classic red wine vinification with ageing in French oak barrels for 1 year

Tasting Note:
Medium-to-full-bodied wine with warm aromas of cherries, as well as hints of chocolate and other sweet spices. We recommend decanting, one hour prior to serving. Great ageing potential.
