Saint Fotios Maratheftiko

Vine & Harvest: Maratheftiko grapes harvested from vineyards in the region of Vouni Panayia  in proximity to the winery at altitudes of +800m.

Vinification & Maturation: Classical red Vinification with fermentations and malolactic completed in the tank before transfer to oak barrels for ageing 8 months.

Tasting Note: Aged in oak barrels, it combines red fruits flavours, such as raspberry and cherry, with flavours of spices, smoke and chocolate. Well integrated tannins, soft and generous.
