Old Town Charm New Gen. Café wine bar 7 Kleidia proposes an evening for dropping wide open barrels of Cyprus white wines from five different wineries.

While in past, wineries have had winelovers accustomed to fresh and zesty lighter bodied white wine tastes, an increasing amount of local wineries are exploring full-bodied expressions from their white wines. Whether it is by terroir or vineyard specificity, ageing with oak, acacia or clay amphoras, the choice of ample list of white grape varieties grown in Cyprus; this search for complexities in aromas, layered flavors and long pleasant finish on the palate, is truly something worthwhile experiencing.

This coming evening you’ll have all the keys to Cypriot aged white wines, all served by half glass, glass and bottle.
