Something simple in October. Come Over, let’s share some wine.

Celebrating the person-to-person blend of connections on a truly human scale

Together, we form a great chain of taste, joy, pleasure, where the love of sharing is an integral part of an appreciation for the work that’s well done, crafted with beauty, know-how, research, and conviction.

Come over for wine in October

The essence of what Come Over October promotes—a chance to gather, share stories, and celebrate special moments together. It offers an opportunity to reconnect in a world dominated by digital interactions.

As Kimberly Noelle Charles puts it, “I’ve always valued how technology connects us. The pandemic highlighted that even more, as we relied on virtual meetings and FaceTime to stay in touch with friends, loved ones, and colleagues.

We may have forgotten the deep connection that in-person interactions bring, and sharing wine is a wonderful way to rekindle that intimacy. So, this next October, have someone over.

About Come Over October:

Come Over October: Celebrating Wine and Friendship—takes place October 2024. The month-long campaign encourages wine lovers to invite friends, neighbors, colleagues, and family to “come over” to share some wine–at home, in a restaurant, or wherever get-togethers happen. Friendship is best when it is celebrated together. It represents the story of the positive role moderate wine consumption plays in society and community is fading from our cultural references.
